    My wife Brenda and I are happy to say that John and Jenny not only led the sales transactions of our individual homes, but represented us in buying the home of our dreams as a newly married couple. Dan’s house was able to sell for over the full price with multiple offers on the home within just a few days. When searching for our new house, John and Jenny were very patient and professional. They showed us multiple properties over a period of several months until we found the perfect fit for our needs together as a couple.     In response to the sign/rock issue above I would like to share Marges view. She was not aware the sold sign wasnt up until she got the call from the neighbor. She immediately headed over to put one up herself on a Sat. morning. Mind you, Marge is in her late 80's, but this doesn't hold her back from trying to get the job done herself. It does take some dexterity to attach the sold sign especially when the ground isn't level. In doing so, the entire sign started to fall over and needed to be supported. Thinking this would upset the neighbor even more she found rocks near by to put in the hole. The rocks seemed to be on the property just on the other side of the driveway. In her opinion, this did not seem to be qualified as stealing or defacing the property. Once she learned how upset they were she promptly wrote a heartfelt apology. For 50 years she has built a reputation on integrity and honesty and hopefully anyone reading that review won't let it tarnish this fact.

    We are moving to Virginia for my grandkids' education. Kevin was able to buy my house. He was ok with the tenant in the house. We needed to sell our house fast and get the money to buy a house in Virginia. I couldn't see any other way of getting the tenants out and selling the house. Listing the house is just way too long and impossible in my situation. Thanks, Kevin!

  • Review of "Starr King K-8 School" at Carmichael

    Not a good school for my daughter. The teachers are outnumbered with 33-35 kids per class. Insane. Kids need WAY more individualized attention. Bad mannered kids outnumbered the kids who wanted to learn in my child's classroom 2009. I took her out and she is doing much better at a smaller, more personal Montessori school where the kids have much better manners and learning attitudes. Parents are required to volunteer 40 hours
